We love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided. Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. Manager is a very kind, respectful and friendly person..It was just a great experience staying at this hotel.

Very clean and modern, close to Shahriston metro. Staff were exceedingly helpful - visited with the manager and he went out of his way to assure i had a great stay. High marks for Velara!
