This was a second floor apt, though not mentioned in the listing. The property manager told me he would send me check in instructions by 3 pm, check in time. He sent them at 4:42 pm after i messaged two more times and called. He accused me of being "hostile". There were no hand towels, the mattress and pillows are cheap, I moved every time my husband rolled over in bed. There was someone else's dirty sock in the bedroom and a candy wrapper. There were no check out instructions.

Property was a good value for the money and located close to where we needed to be. Our bed was comfortable. There was adequate kitchen utensils, etc. we didn’t cook while we were there but could have. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen would have been handy.

It was great staying here. The kitchen wasnt as equiped as I hoped. The few things I needed that weren't available were measuring cups, mixing/serving bowls, a strainer, sissors. I improvised no problem. The oven not working properly is the real reason I give only four stars. The house was clean and inviting.
