The Space: Right in the heart of the Mount on Pacific Ave, you'll be close to all the action - be it paddling & sunbathing at Pilot Bay, surfing at Mount Main beach, running around or climbing up Mauao or strolling the Main Street cafe, restaurants and shopping - everything you want is in close proximity.
The top floor features a fully stocked kitchen and large BBQ for the cook in the family, as well as the option of dining inside in & out and plenty of space to kick back on the sofa or read a book on the sun chaise with views of the Mount.
With a toilet on the top floor, two full bathrooms including ensuite on the first floor and a toilet off the ground floor there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone to get their ablutions done at the same time. The first floor has three bedrooms - king bed in the master with ensuite and it's own deck, another king room and a third room with 2 x king single beds.
The ground floor has a forth bedroom with single over double bunk bed and a toilet and sink ensuite. Full laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available, however the garage space has the owners vehicle in it so one parking space is available in front of the garage door, further parking is free and safe on the street.
With plenty of board games and books, a TV in the lounge, one in the master and one in the bunk room, there is plenty of options for rainy day entertainment. Feel free to use the paddle board or dart board in the garage where there is also a washer and dryer.
