Great central location for AIMs games, beach just a stroll away. Two minute drive to Bayfair, 4 minutes to TECT Arena, 8 minutes to Blake Park and 10 minutes to Gordon Spratt. Across from Retirement villages.

Relaxed and cosy home, new carpet and newly painted with spacious outdoor areas for outside dining and entertaining. BBQ and outdoor dining set up. Private front house with two onsite carparks available. Has 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds with new linen. If needing to accomodate more than 6 guests please make contact with us and we can come to some sort of arrangement.
