This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, canal front home is truly the perfect piece of paradise. This home is located in the Fishing Capital of the World, so be sure to bring your boat because this home has a 50ft concrete dock with a 15,000 lb boat lift. Via the wide, deep canal, you will have easy and immediate access to Florida Bay and convenient access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek. After a successful day of fishing, you will come home to a lovely outdoor living area to unwind, relax, and enjoy the view. You can just head inside and cook your catch of the day in the fully stocked, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open living plan allows the cook never to miss a beat and still be a part of the fun!

The living area features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. There are also three bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, and one is downstairs with its own entrance. The second bedroom is furnished with a Murphy bed and a desk for those who need to work remotely.
