We have stayed at many properties in the area and the location is very good, very close to the train station and about a 20 minute stroll to the main promenade area.Pro’s1. Clean and tidy 2. Well equipped kitchen3. Well laundered Cons 1.Slow communication from the local host (you do not deal with the Vrbo client). Despite asking for key collection and address these were only provided the night before departure which caused unnecessary uncertainty. 2. Poorly maintained outside area - the terrace furniture has degraded and become brittle due to over exposure to the heat making it unsafe.3. Pergola shield was loose and unsafe as the cable ties used to secure it were again heat exposed and broken causing the wooden slats to flap dangerously loose in the wind.4. Rear outside security screen was defective (again poor maintenance ) and would not close 5. Sink regularly blocked and slow to drain 6. Pillows were very uncomfortable to the point we had use furniture cushions to sleep.7. Pool was just about ok. Small and cramped compared to others on the overall development. 8. Ongoing noisy building work all day at the local crèche next door which would have been handy to know as it may be an annoyance to some.
