I booked a room for 3 adults, we got one really uncomfortable bed, they didn't bring a solution and one of us broke our back, a stone fell on the balcony, good thing it didn't hurt any of us, the room was relatively large, clean and the location was excellent. Overall, not the best experience from the hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here. Super central location. We could easily walk everywhere. The staff was also incredible. So warm and welcoming. Couldnโ€™t recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

Great value and a great hotel

The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old Tbilisi building but the hotel itself is renovated and fresh. In the summer Tbilisi gets extremely hot and I LOVED the strong AC. We stayed at a different more expensive hotel the day after and the AC could not cool our room at all. Everything was clean, the receptionist Sabina was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were super spacious and the balcony was nice to sit, watch people and enjoy the view. I would stay here again and highly recommend. My only constructive feedback is to have napkins in the room for the guests.

Sabina an der Rezeption ist ein Juwel. Als Gast fรผhlt man sich sehr wohl und aufgehoben und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft geht weit รผber das normale MaรŸ hinaus.
