The room was always cleaned in a timely fashion and the staff were responsive, interested and helpful. on one occasion our room was nt quite ready and we wete offered coffee and biscuits while we waited. My son was getting married in Tbilisi so I was a little stressed when the taxi cancelled. The young man on reception duty advised it would take only 10 minutes to walk and programmed Google Maps for us. We arrived with 15 minutes to spare. The lolly bowl was an inspired extra - great to have a pocket of sugar hits while walking in the heat - as was the welcoming glass of wine on arrival. No meals are provided but given the availability of inexpensive good quality restaurants/cafes nearby this was not an issue. The staff were genuinely interested in us and helping us.
