Best place to stay in Tbilisi: very impressive Interior- beautifully designed , staff is very friendly and helpful ,clean & tidy everything- especially swimming pool, breakfast was very good for me- only my husband wanted Full English. Very impressed with swimming pool- warm water and nice atmosphere. Receptionists are very helpful- thank you for your help! I will definitely stay in Marjan Plaza next time. Thank You

Servicio al cliente terrible. Recepción siempre desbordada pero lo peor de todo el estado de las cosas. Luces que no funcionaban, puertas arañadas pero sobre todo el baño. La mampara de cristal se rompió en pedazos al no estar fija correctamente y de forma chapucera mientras desayunaba. Mi vida estuvo en juego pues si llego a estar (me di una ducha 10 antes), podría haber fallecido. Informé a housekeeping al entrar de vuelta en el baño y mi sorpresa... querían cobrarme los desperfectos de algo ya en estado horrible. Sospecho que alguien pudo entrar en mi ausencia en la habitación pese a 'no molestar' y están intentando que un cliente aboné las reparaciones de algo ya muy roto previamente. Una vergüenza!! Tras amenazarles con llamar a la policía, recularon y dejaron de pedir el pago. Desayuno mediocre. Solo housekeeping y room service - muy buenos . Decididamente NO VOLVERÉ NUNCA MÁS, NI LO RECOMENDARÉ. Podría no estar vivo ...
