Fomos muito bem recebidos na chegada, mas o chuveiro estava com vazamento e o papel higiênico no fim. No dia seguinte não arrumaram o quarto (achamos ter sido um equívoco e nada falamos); no segundo tb não arrumaram (reclamamos e nos disseram não terem arrumado pela falta de colocação do cartão (não havia previsão contratual para tanto e não havia o cartão no quarto, que só nesse momento foi fornecido); pedimos papel higiênico (forneceram, porém após muita insistência); após o terceiro dia tb não arrumaram o quarto (disseram ter a chave deles quebrado). De resto foi ok
