Excellent hotel with great facilities

Really lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with an excellent omelette chef and wide selection. Club sandwiches by the beautiful pool were delicious. The hotels gym is superb, one of the best hotel gyms we have experienced.

Lacking in toiletries (no cotton buds, shower cap, etc.), no instructions for the coffee machine and no idea what the pods were (espresso, decaf, etc.) as no information. Is there room service? No information. Maybe this hotel has a lot to offer, but they certainly don't want to say! No information in the room, and reception didn’t tell us anything. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, including sparkling wine and bloody mary station.

The design of the interior structure was very good and open The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I'm very grateful they all spoke English The rooms and Kraft bar have a great view of the city The people of Georgia are very lovely and the food is wonderful. They should be proud
