Herron's Cottage

Herron's Cottage is 2min walk to the lake just through a small walkway opposite the cottage but you can see the Luxmore Mountain Range from the windows lovely in Winter with snow on them.
1km walk to the centre of town. Restaurants handy including Kingsgate Hotel directly across the road for a lovely breakfast if you choose not to cook on Holiday.
Herron's Cottage is a 1950's retro look modern decor accommodation.
Plenty of parking including boat parking off street if required or up to 3 cars in the driveway.
Herron's Cottage is a lovely small house with 3 Bedrooms ideal for a larger family group or just for a couple to have a quiet get away for the weekend. Heating for the Winter is via Air Con unit or in NZ we call them Heatpumps but also heaters in all rooms and in Summer great having the Air Con on cooler and doors and windows open letting a lovely flow of air to keep the cottage cool.
Aurora's are often seen in Te Anau so its handy with a quick wall over to the lake to get to see the best views of them when they are on show. Full Kitchen facilities including a coffee maker and Air-fryer but if your away for the day you could use the slow cooker in the cupboard and then dinner is ready when you get home.
