Offering a prime beachfront location without equal, in the historic and popular resort of Teignmouth. The apartments are within easy reach of Shaldon, Dartmouth, Torbay, Dartmoor and the Medieval City of Exeter which boasts a wealth of shops, restaurants, delis and boutiques.

The space
Penthouse Four is situated on the Teignmouth side of the building with views across to Portland Bill lighthouse (near Weymouth) on the left, extending all the way along the Jurassic Coastline, and along to Torbay, Brixham, Shaldon, Ringmore, and up through the Teign Estuary towards Dartmoor. The apartment is on two levels and has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with Superking bed has an ensuite which features a walk in shower and there is a separate family bathroom with bath. Each bedroom features a wall hung flat screen television. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area has two large sofas one of which turns into a sofa bed for extra guests. There is a dining table to seat 6 and access to the balcony which wraps around the entire apartment.

Our guests privately rent the entire apartment. There are no personal items and nobody will be intruding upon your stay.

At Riviera Apartments, Teignmouth we have five apartments in total but your apartment will be completely private to you. The private lift is used by Riviera Apartments only and there is a secure entrance on street level. The garage is for use of Riviera Apartments guests only.

Please note that Penthouse Four is our only apartment that does not have a space in the private car park. All parking costs for one vehicle are reimbursed to the guest or a parking permit is provided for guests that stay 7 nights or more.

We regret that for the comfort of other guests we cannot accept stag or hen parties.
