With approx. 55 m², this bright and cosy accommodation offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people, ideal for families, couples or friends who want to enjoy nature and Bavarian hospitality.



The apartment impresses with its natural wooden style, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a wonderful view of meadows, mountains and even Salzburg in the distance. The spacious living-dining area with TV and a comfortable sofa bed with real mattress invites you to relax, while the separate bedroom ensures restful sleep. The modern bathroom with shower offers comfort and functionality. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure.



For your little ones, a high chair, cot and other amenities are available. In bad weather, our children's playroom provides fun and variety. Directly opposite the apartment is a playground – perfect for little adventurers.



The quiet location, only about 5 minutes from the A8 motorway, allows quick trips to Berchtesgaden, Lake Chiemsee, the Chiemgau region or Salzburg. The area is ideal for outdoor activities: cycling paths, numerous mountain and climbing tours as well as nature experiences await you. For your convenience, a parking space is available on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Water-saving measures are observed in the accommodation, and electricity is generated in an environmentally friendly way by a PV system. A supermarket is nearby, and a bakery and inn are within walking distance.
