Recently built holiday home, maintaining the typical Canarian charm in a unique environment, mixing traditional and modern. It offers all the amenities, such as air conditioning and heating, a Smart TV, fiber Wifi, and window screens in all rooms, for a comfortable and convenient stay. A highlight is the impressive solid wood ceiling and the large terrace with total privacy, equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and dining area with spectacular views of the natural monument of Roque Nublo.



The spacious studio consists of a sleeping area, a living-dining room with a fully equipped and integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The views from every window, including from the bed, are unique to Roque Nublo.



The house is powered by solar panels and therefore sustainable.



The town center is about 10 minutes walking distance away. Tejeda has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a Biosphere Reserve, has been named Top Rural European and is one of the prettiest towns in Spain. Strolling through its emblematic streets and squares is an unforgettable experience, as well as enjoying the Canarian gastronomy in the different restaurants and cafes in the area. Museums, the Island Center of Medicinal Plants, handicrafts and the famous almond sweets of the area, make for a memorable experience. Hiking enthusiasts will find trails leading directly from the house to the Caldera de Tejeda, as well as to the rest of the island. A holiday home for lovers of nature, disconnection and relaxation, looking for a different experience at the top of the island, away from the crowded tourist centers.

Great lottle apartment to explore the national parks with an abundance of walks a short drive away. The apartment is set approx 10 mins walk out of the main village. Beware we arrived on the evening and all restaurants shut at 5.30pm!! The pros; beautiful views from the patio Ideally located for hikes Cons; building work happening next door so it was noisey in the afternoons The terrace doesnt get the sun much after 5pm The sofa was not very comfortable You unquestionably need a car to reach the area and we overall really enjoyed our stay in the region.
