Rudeness overload

The owner was extremely rude and no help at all at the check in. You can’t even find the building and the email with the information came Hours later after checking in. Additional, they charged us the same amount of money for the cleaning fee as we paid for one night. Unbelievable! I asked for late check out and he offered us to stay till 11:45 even in the email it was mentioned to stay till 12:00. so he gave us even less time to check out and mentioning that new people are moving in. Well my friends stayed in the other apartment and the apartment was even empty after we checked out 😂
