Welcome to our beautiful and cozy apartment in the Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood of Tel Aviv! This fully furnished apartment is located in a brand-new building, completed in 2023, and is ideal for short-term rentals, whether you're visiting Tel Aviv for business or pleasure.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom (which serves as a secure Mamad room) has two single beds and a storage closet. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
