Wonderful location terrible maintenance

PRO: Very good view on the sea Great location Spacious Easy and safe access via hotel lobby Cons: Was not clean on our arrival Couch was discussing we had to get it clean and could not use it for 24 hours as it was drying Window on the balconies have never been wash we could not see true them General maintenance of the condo not acceptable for the price we are paying On our arrival there was only 4 towel for 4 people 2 weeks not enough The kitchen pot pans forks and knife are cheap , used and not high quality The lights and stove fan not working Lights in the room not working We had no hot water for 2 days TV was not working on our arrival they had to come to reprogram. They do not supply any beach towels even f the condo is on the beach There is only one dish washing cloth for the condo (2 weeks) They proved one roll of toilet paper per bath room for 2 weeks, you have to purchase your own as well as soaps and paper towel We were paying a premium rate per night at that price we were expecting 4 to 5 star type of accommodation, we got 2 to 3 star accommodation , at that price for 2 weeks the least they could do is refresh the condo change the sheet bed, in between the 2 weeks, but they ask $500 extra to do it. Very happy with our trip, disappointed about the condo it self it need some LOVE

Location was amazing. The apartment was very bright, roomy with excellent views of the sea and city. Close to everything you will ever need in Tel Aviv. Felt very safe walking around even late at night.

Good Location

Good location. Getting the door code and entry just a short time before entry is not reasonable especially when traveling internationally. Sparse towels and front desk personnel didn’t want to be bothered. Lacking a personal touch.

Awful management

The management for this place was awful to deal with and VERY unprofessional! The lights in the second bedroom did not work and they took 5 days to come fix the lights. The patio door was broken and falling inwards- this was a hazard because it was falling towards the couch. They only gave one towel per person. They did not provide accurate check in directions so it took an hour just to get into the unit because the concierge will not work with the rental side. They left us an expired parking card so we had to argue with the parking attendant coming in and out every single time- this wasted a lot of our time. We reached out to the management team multiple times and they have blown us off every time. They would not even reply to our vrbo messages, they only respond via email so nothing is on Vrbo record. They finally responded after we reached out to vrbo directly- it’s been 3 days and they’re still blowing us off. Beware when booking!
