Beautiful unique duplex penthouse in ideal location with stunning beach views from all communal areas. Large terraced area with sun loungers, BBQ area, seating area and infinity heated swimming pool. The apartment boasts open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Ideally located in the best part of Tel Aviv, 350 yards from Gordon Swimming Pool and 750 yards from Hilton Beach.
The property is a few minutes walk from Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff street with the plethora of cafes and bars; 9-minute walk from Dizengoff Square with good transport links both to the train station, Rabin Square and Rothschild area. The nearest airport is Ben Gurion Airport, 8.1 miles from the property.

High end stay close to everything!

The property is undergoing renovations, which are sure to add to the guest experience. The manager was extremely responsive and helpful, rapidly addressing a variety of minor concerns throughout our stay. We were an extended family of 7 but our local friends helped us enjoy the rooftop terrace in the evenings.

Spacious apt and great location, but need some work

A very well designed and located apt, with plenty of room and a pool, which is very unique in Tel Aviv, and just across from the beach. However, the apt has been neglected which is taking away from enjoying it to its fullest potential. The two floors setup is great, the bedrooms are on the downstairs and the living room and kitchen upstairs, where the pool is. Some basic amenities are lacking such as reading lights, hooks in bathrooms, toilet paper holders, no soaps or shampoos as initial supply, etc. In addition, many of the lights weren't working and so are some of the blinds. The apt also needs a new paint and fixing other items such as door handles, frames, and caulking. Hopefully these items will be addressed and inspite of them, we enjoyed our stay and will come back again
