Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk. The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by. Loved our short stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you!

The rooms are very nice and clean. The views around the hotel are great! The parking for the hotel is nice as well. The walk around Telfs is nice. It's a short drive to Innsbruck. The breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast to your stay.

Lovely hotel to stay at- room was well thought out, service was amazing, staff were great, very clean, added bonus of a laundry room. We had a wonderful dinner in the town, which was within five minutes walk of the hotel.
