The room was extremely cold. We tried turning on the heat, and it set the smoke alarm off. We moved to a different room, which also was very cold. It took several hours for it to warm up. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Good place but cigarette smells linger

The room itself was clean and the amenities were great. The only downside was that the room and pretty much the entire hotel had a stale smoke smell. There was no active smoking and the rooms were all designated as smoke free, but there a was a lingering tobacco smell.

The hotel was great. We had friendly service, great housekeeping, and convenient location. Only 30 minutes away from Holiday World. There's shops and food around and close by. The complimentary breakfast could've had more options, but still good.

Just "ok"

Rooms smelled like mold. The floors were very dirty, your feet would be black after walking on them. But the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I think we got what we paid for from a pet friendly hotel. I was not mad about our stay.
