WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 20 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 8.
- Dial-A-Ride is also available for those who prefer heading into the Mountain Village.
- This home includes a daily tidy.
- A $16,000 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
