Petra Domus is an enchanting Mountain Village home with over 3,300 square feet of luxurious living space. Set on a golf course with magnificent views of the surrounding San Sophia Ridge, Petra Domus— translation Rock House— has a unique stone facade that’s surrounded by lush, manicured grounds. A separate guest house will give large groups plenty of flexibility and privacy, and guests of Petra Domus will even receive TWO SKI PASSES during their stay.

The welcoming GREAT ROOM is spacious and bright, with the living and dining areas flowing seamlessly together. In the LIVING AREA, there’s a grand stone fireplace and two plush sofas for curling up on a chilly Colorado evening. Large windows overlook the peaceful forest views, and a nearby formal DINING AREA has seating for six.

The elegant KITCHEN is wide open to both the living and dining spaces, so even large groups will have plenty of time together at Petra Domus. A large, marble-topped island has lots of casual seating, a deep sink, and a dishwasher. Premier Viking appliances include a drawer microwave, a huge refrigerator, and a gorgeous gas range with a custom vent hood. The blonde wood cabinets add warmth to the space and are filled with all the extras needed to prepare a pot of coffee and a stack of pancakes in the morning before heading out to the slopes.

From the kitchen, you can open the French doors to reveal the amazing COVERED PORCH, with an area for lounging by the outdoor fireplace, grilling steaks on the gas barbecue, and dining alfresco under the stars on warmer evenings.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a deluxe king-size bed is set against an upholstered headboard and faces a sleek stone fireplace. This room is like your own private sanctuary, complete with a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a vintage-inspired freestanding tub, two separate vanities, and a steam shower. A GUEST BEDROOM lies just off the great room area and features two queen-size beds and an attached full bathroom.

On the lower level of the home, an impressive BUNK ROOM/GAME ROOM will be a huge hit with the kids. With two built-in twin-over-twin bunks, a huge HDTV, comfy sofa, wet bar, foosball table, and lots of games, this room is a popular spot to hang out. Outside on the DECK, you’ll find an ultra-relaxing hot tub for soaking the day away.

For those in your group who are searching for a bit more privacy, the GUEST HOUSE is the perfect place to escape. With a living area, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, this space is ideal for older children or couples.
