Needs some TLC

First off i like Embassy Suites but on this trip it wasnt to my satisfaction. My hotel room air conditioner did not work The bathroom door was moldy and very obvious, The bottom panel the door was chewed up as from water or termites. Without booking notice or description they charge $10 for parking (so not necessary) Highlight was breakfast! Very good

The outdoor pool area was unusable and I was going to take a photo of the pool but it was so disgusting I would never get in or have my kids go into that pool. Should be closed with barrier so people don't get sick. It is really bad. The maintenance is terrible so many non working doors including the front sliding doors are out of order for days no fix or anyone working on it. I enjoyed the managers receptions and breakfast they were good but the property is tired and Hilton should either remodel or take their name off of the property.

Not happy with the condition of the shower head. Heavy hard water deposits so much so poor water stream. Issues with pillows poor condition. T.V. function poor. Had to pay for parking. Was not mentioned in initial details of hotel descriptions. Better hotels in the area will not return

The front desk clerk was EXTREMELY kind and nice to us when checked in on Monday night. She made the check in experience very pleasant. When we walked to the room 449 we noticed the hallways were very damaged and looked like an old hotel. When we opened the door to the room, we noticed the room needed A LOT of work. The furniture is old, the restroom ceiling looked like it had mold growing, the room was clean and all but it felt very old and outdated, I felt like the pictures were way nicer than reality. But the breakfast is EXCELENT and the staff was always kind and nice. The property just needs some updating and fixing up.
