The staff was courteous, the food was good, but my room had an issue with the toilet from the minute I entered the room. It was rectified, but broke again, and after a few calls, I was moved to a new room. The new room was ok but the toilet seat in there was very loose. The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms and halls need updating. Shout out to Rochelle, a staff member, who moved me to a new room. That was much appreciated. I would stay here one more time just to see if any changes are made.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our room very clean we got an upgrade, which was nice. We asked for different pillows and a blanket and when we got back to our room, they were there.

the first room was gross... second room was too small no walking room, third room.... perfect.... arrived during rush that's our fault... far north elevator broke on us.. stuck in there for 12-15 min very scared.... Jonsathon C. , chelsea, the chef, every employee there you could tell they cared... we had a wonderful time because of the employees and the wonderful food and atmosphere they provide... dog friendly and eager to please--- thank you Caesar too for turning it all around for us !~b n

Very nice staff! The facility needs a renovation but it’s clean and a good location. The laundry room is horrible…please invest in new equipment! Sorry, had to be honest. I would still stay again

Everything was great except one small issue. Check to make sure someone didn't set the alarm clock before going to bed. Woke us up and had a hard time going make to sleep. Other than that the facility was very nice. I would go back again.

Jessica made our check in so easy. She went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service possible. We are so very grateful for the accommodations we were given. My one and only true complaint about this hotel location is there isn’t enough handicapped parking spaces. Parking is awkward so if you can drop your guests and baggage off in front of the front door but if you’re by yourself and you have luggage and your handicapped good luck with parking closest to the front door.

I called WEEKS in advance and explained I had some mobility problems. I asked for a room close to the elevator and a second room close by as there were 4 of us traveling. Neither happened. Front staff very nice - but, this simple request I made months ago was totally ignored.
