My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. At check-in, there was no explanation about parking or any other important details. The room, which included a pull-out sofa, was missing essential items like pillows, blankets, and a “Do Not Disturb” sign. On top of that, the room was shaking from loud music and partying in a nearby room, yet there were no security guards on-site to handle the situation. When I went to the front desk for assistance, no one showed up for 15 minutes. When someone finally did, they were clearly overwhelmed and informed me they were the only staff member working, in hindsight I wish I had more patients with them . There was no houseman available to assist with follow-up delivery of the missing items, leaving me waiting even longer for basic necessities. It’s clear that both customer service and staff support are severely lacking at this hotel. If management doesn’t prioritize both guests and employees, I can’t recommend staying here.

Very clean and staff was very kind. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a weekend getaway close to Old Town Temecula! 10 min walking distance for sure.
