Okay

The location is in a prime area and parking is convenient. However, I was pretty disappointed to see the upkeep of the property. Upon arrival in the afternoon, the lobby was dark and I had to wait almost 10 minutes to have someone assist us. The room is okay and has the basic amenities. There was no hook in the bathroom door and the light fixture was tilted.

The hot tub wasnt working , the key card to the pool didnt work so you had to get front desk to let you in and out,the front door was broken the handicap button to hold door open to bring luggage cart in, the staff was amazing and friendly though

Check-in was good. When i walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes. Room needed vacuuming. Sofa bed only had a piece of cloth, needed sheets. The hot tub jacuzzi wasn't warming up and they didn't have a sign or let me know when i checked-in.
