You'll get sick!!!! Dirty

Don't waste your time or money. Paid way too much for one night and didn't even stay longer than 1.5 hours. Filthy, bed bugs, roaches, foul/strong odor that causes headaches and nausea. Property unsafe with undesirable characters dealing drugs in parking lot. Loud and ghetto. And they won't take responsibility and don't care. Filed with BBB, health department and attorney

It worked for what we needed - a place to sleep on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The bed was comfy. The room was in bad shape - adjoining room door closed with tape. I literally pulled our table and chair in front of the door as a blocker. One Electric outlet was not covered, no hangars, needs a paint job, etc.

We had drove all night from Utah and Sam was very kind and we were able to get an early check in with no additional fees. The employees are very polite and helpful. The beds seem to be updated and comfortable.

Nothing like the pictures !!

Couldn’t get the tv📺 to work, the heater made noises the whole night, the lamps wouldn’t work. It was a place to lay my head that’s about all.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The problems were the neighbors were very loud and we're literally screaming outside and it was really late. The bathroom was clean but the shower had someones hair all over it, from the wall to the floor.

Pictures are a lot nicer than in person. The door frame was destroyed to the entrance of the room as if the door was kicked open prior. No placard to keep room service out and they never bothered to clean the room at any portion of the stay. I had a non smoking room but the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. I was happy with the front desk service and how close everything is to the property.

Amazing service !! Had an incident with my room keys and they were so helpful to replace them Ave we’re very clear with every step of check in .

Online and while booking this hotel, it said that there was breakfast included, that was not true as they do not offer any type of breakfast. Property could definitely use some updates old carpet and burn holes and blankets
