We arrived 1 hour early. Female staff member who checked us in, stated room was not ready & would call us when the room was ready. We never recieved a call. We came back to the check in counter well after 4pm , waited in line again. Told the gentleman who helped us we had already been checked in just waiting on a room. He turned to the gal who had did the check in for us & told her we were back. Her response to him-she never addressed us & we were standing right in front of them both. "I got busy checking people in & didnt get to the list." No apologies , no nothing from neither 1 of them . Never addressed us about the no call. We actually had thought they had forgotten about us. Never rely on words. Always double check & stay assertive .
