Central location that was great for both Old Town Temecula and Wine Country! Staff was very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome. Hotel is very loud though. There were multiple traveling sports teams in the hotel and the kids were running around all night and jumping off of beds, made for a day of drinking into a night of headaches. Continental breakfast was really good but get there early the line gets backed up quickly!

Great hotel, the only thing I would recommend is to request a room away from the freeway. On the 3rd floor, facing the freeway, i woke up several times to the cats passing by. Otherwise, no other issues with my stay.

I recently stayed here and overall had an above-average experience. The breakfast options were great with plenty to choose from each morning. The location is a big plus, right off the freeway and close to shopping and dining, which made getting around very convenient. The only downside was the shower. The water pressure wasn’t the best, and the temperature kept shifting from warm to cold, which was frustrating. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I’d consider returning thanks to the convenience and solid amenities.

I loved everything about this place. The staff was really amazing very efficient but yet natural and friendly. The parking was very convenient and the indoor pool is a plus the room was super clean and the maid service was amazing. I’m very appreciative of the wonderful day that I had.

Overall it was fine, things I didn't like were the lighting in the room was terrible and the room design was not great, difficultt o get in the closet, the towels and toilet paper were on the rough side. Staff was very nice and convenient location by the freeway and many restaurants.
