-The homeowner is highly allergic and will require the home to be professionally cleaned if any animals are brought inside at the expense of the owner.
-Service animal owners should be aware of and considerate toward the homeowner’s severe allergies when deciding if this is the right fit. We have another home on property that is pet friendly that we would kindly request you consider over this one. By law we are required to host service animals.

What an amazing home. Not only was the location ideal-a few miles from BIg Bend National Park and in a dark sky area, but the home was spectacular. Not only immaculately clean and comfortable, but the space had great art, a wonderfully curated vinyl collection and also a wonderfully curated book collection. The kitchen had top of the line appliances but every possible gadget you could imagine. We could have stayed here for months.

The place looks exactly as in pictures. Everything is super new and clean. Location is perfect; close enough to the highway but secluded enough to ensure great night sky viewing. Great for family. The extra futon bed and high chair were a pleasant surprise as we were traveling with a baby. We have stayed at many vacation rental in Big Bend amd this one is by far the best!
