This charming apartment, featuring exposed wooden beams, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning available on request, heating, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.
Outdoors, you can relax in the shared garden, on the balcony, or the open terrace—all with views of the lake and mountains, perfect for enjoying an aperitif. The windows frame a wide panorama of the valley, with glimpses of Lake Piediluco among the hills and greenery. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool and barbecue.
On-site parking is available. Only one small pet is allowed.
Set in the peaceful Umbrian hills, the property enjoys a privileged position over the valley. For stays of 2 or 3 days, you can take a boat trip on Lake Piediluco, visit the Marmore Falls just 8 km away, go trekking or rafting in Valnerina and on the lake, walk the St. Francis trail, and end your day with dinner and a sunset by the water. The area offers a perfect mix of nature, sports, villages, and relaxation. Painting courses on canvas, watercolor, glass, and mosaics are available on request for an extra fee.
