Peaceful and with sea views: ideal for a relaxing getaway. • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views and panoramic views of Pain de Sucre, Îlet Cabrit, and Basse-Terre • Private parking with electric vehicle charging point • Access via a 100-step staircase • Villa not accessible to people with reduced mobility • Living area: terrace, kitchen, toilet • Sleeping area: 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet on the ground floor; a mezzanine upstairs with a lower roof pitch than a standard bedroom • An outdoor shower room with sink and nighttime lighting The ground floor and mezzanine are accessible.
