I checked in late after driving all day and the lady that checked me in immediately offered me a late checkout time. Hotel is extremely convenient to I-20 and is very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again when passing through.

The room was disgusting, it smelt musty and the quilts were stained. We did not stay at this hotel and decided to go elsewhere but I'm being charged for it. The manager is trying to say that they offered us multiple different rooms and they never did. The front desk told us that she spoke with her manager and he said to refund us the full amount. The front desk even told me that they don't send families up to the 2nd floor and my only question to that is WHY??? There were all kinds of sketchy people around the hotel parking lot outside and upstairs. This was a VERY unsafe environment. I booked through Expedia who had only the 5 star ratings posted. I pretty sure this is a hotel used for drugs users! If I have to get a lawyer involved, I will! My recommendation to anyone wanting to book a hotel, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM RED ROOF INN. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Newer hotel and convenient to interstate. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of dining options in area including a Waffle House next to hotel if you want more than the continental breakfast offered by hotel. This is our second time to stay here and we’ll stay again when passing through the area.

It was pretty bad. I can overlook a lot, but bugs, stink from wet wood/rotted wood and sheet rock, noise from hotel rooms down the hall felt like the were right next to you. When I requested a refund I had to basically got half a refund from the second night we booked even though we literally were only booked there an hour before checking out bc the poor conditions of the room/hotel. I have pictures to back up all my claims too.
