Is a HOUSE, Not a hotel. We arrived at 6:pm, and there was a house behind a huge fence, we ring the bell, no body showed up, after 1 hour waiting to be attended outside, there was a elderly gentleman that came to us and told us that his grand daughter wasn’t there, he tried to call her but never answered, so finally we leaved without a place to stay after 4 hours driving. If that place i a hotel, why there is not reception service? Who was supposed to serve us? The elderly gentleman? Finally a couple hours later we talked to her and the answer was she tried to call me, EXCUSE ME? But thats not the professional way to communicate, she HAVE to communicate by e mail. Now, i hope to have a refund for a service we NEVER got. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to stay, is a SCAM.

Low point of our Italian travels

Our first impression was good, however it went downhill from there. We booked a double and two twins (emailed to confirm - no response) we received two doubles (not okay for teen boy and girl), the bathroom was shabby (plaster coming off, shower broken, water cold, toilet not functioning well), not enough towels, ants, breakfast 25 min late (making us late for our first tour) problematic communication. When we sought remedies for the issues, they were ignored or blamed on us: ants were in bathroom yet they blamed on our food which had no ants near or on it and was across the room; towel shortage and broken shower door were ignored; beds they determined were suitable regardless of our request; breakfast was due at 8am, they said we just didn’t respond but we were not contacted until 8:21, and we responded immediately. We ended up leaving after we got the ants out of our suitcase, and had to book another hotel, costing us an extra $400, and the property refused to refund any portion of our booking (we only requested the two nights we didn’t stay, not the one we did) when we asked, and when hotels.com asked. To say this experience was disappointing would be an understatement. It was a dark cloud on an otherwise lovely experience with the other 6 properties we have visited.

Beschreibung passt nicht! Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber, alles per WhatsApp. Obwohl wir Barzahlung ausgewäht haben mussten wir nach 2 Wochen eine vorrauszahlung machen und ein Tag vor dem Einchecken den Rest bezahlen?? Das Frühstück bestand aus 2 Croissant und 2 kleine Cappuccino, kalt mit 5 Zucker?? und im Pappbecher. Die Umgebung total Vermüllt und ohne 1 Stunde Autofahrt ist nicht in der Nähe.
