Non conforme à l'annonce.

Chambre propre et neuve. Mais contrairement à ce qui est indiquée, la fenetre est à 2m50 de haut. Isolation phonique inexistante entre les chambres et le couloir, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Petit déjeuné dans l'annoncé, mais rien de prêt le matin ni de réponse par téléphone Piscine en photo, mais sale et donc non praticable. Difficile à trouver car 5 logements les uns à côté des autres et pas d'indication.

Dopo aver prenotato tramite Hotel.com usufruendo di una promozione, ricevo una telefonata da parte della struttura ricettiva(non ho ancora capito se si tratta di hotel, di B&B o di affittacamere) dove mi si chiedeva di annullare la prenotazione fatta ad Hotel.com e riprenotare direttamente alla struttura perché c'era stato un errore nel prezzo pubblicato: 110 euro anziché 80. Io, per correttezza verso l'agenzia, prima di annullare, chiamo la stessa, riferisco quello che mi è stato detto e mi attengo alle istruzioni che mi vengono date, cioè aspettare perché avrebbero risolto il malinteso. Dopo pochi minuti mi richiama l'agenzia e mi rassicura dicendomi di non annullare niente e che tutto è stato risolto. Arriva il giorno del check-in e avviso del mio arrivo, l'addetta alla reception mi dice che lei non sarà presente, mi manda le istruzioni, tramite WhatsApp, per entrare e che avremmo fatto il check-in l'indomani. All'arrivo, alle 19,30, trovo un signore che mi dà le chiavi della stanza e se ne va. L'indomani mattina usciamo alle 8 e ancora non vedo nessuno alla reception, di conseguenza niente colazione. La sera mi metto in contatto con l'addetta alla reception per sapere come poter avere la colazione e lei mi risponde che non c'era problema, però mi sarebbe costata 15 euro a persona, dopo aver fatto notare che nella prenotazione c'era inclusa anche la colazione, mi viene risposto che, visto che avevo usufruito della promozione non avevo diritto alla colazione.
