The Aparto Almi is a stunning, newly refurbished 2-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Moraira, close to El Portet. Just a 5-minute walk from the bustling town centre and its renowned Blue Flag beaches, this apartment offers a prime location for those seeking proximity to the charming port area and its vibrant bars and restaurants.



Refurbished in 2024, the apartment features an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all decorated and finished to the highest standard. The space is equipped with air-conditioning and fans to keep you cool even on the hottest days.



The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator.



The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe, and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is flexible, with the option of two single beds or a super king. This room uses the main bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, and a cozy breakfast bar, perfect for those who prefer self-catering. The lounge is furnished to the highest standards with a large 42-inch TV offering a full package in six languages. Had a great stay extremely clean and perfectly situated in Moraira. Great check in and check out process. Only slight negative as there were four adults we would have liked four bar stools.

Would recommend!

Ideally located adjacent to Moraira centre and amenities, a recently refurbished apartment, modern and simply furnished , with spacious areas including bathrooms. Located in an older building, outlook a bit limited but convenience of location a big plus - walk to restaurants, beachalong the coast to nearby El Portet. Parking was nearby. Would recommend.

Lovely modern, spacious, fully equipped accomodation!

Location perfect for us. Spacious modern Apartment with a generous welcome pack. Lots of Power sockets. Very good Internet connection Very clean. Air conditioning Quiet traffic area Welcomed warmly by the representative. Stairs to 2nd floor No lift....could be a problem for some. Just to advise they were doing renovation to villa across the road (sept 2025).

A lovely apartment right in the middle of town!

A lovely modern apartment right in the middle of town easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants and bars. Beautiful marina very close. Free on street parking but it’s first come first serve so not always outside apartment but find 2 others place very nearby so no problem to park. Apartment had everything you’d need for a great holiday but perhaps a larger more relaxing sofa to spread out on. You definitely need the aircon and fans as it does seem to be getting hotter earlier in the season these days. Minor point there are only 2 breakfast bar stools and they are not very comfortable but there is a table with 4 comfortable chairs with seat pads. A kind previous guest has left 2 beach chairs and a small sun brolly which came in handy as there were no sun beds to hire on the nearby El Portet Beach. The apartment is on the second floor something to consider when carrying your cases up those steps. Street is very quiet and peaceful with a rooftop view and a glimpse of the sea very nice.

Wonderful apartment

Quiet location although very convenient for supermarket, shops, restaurants, bins, bars and beach. Instructions for all appliances and to would have been useful as we had to consult Google a few times. WiFi very efficient. Shower excellent and bed very comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack which saved us rushing out for shopping. Perhaps mention should be made of the two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Luckily, we’re reasonably fit and could manage them but someone more mobility challenged would have difficulty. The stair lights did not work but the agency noted this and said it would be fixed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely re-book for a return to Moraira.
