Villa Bianca (Moraira) is a modern semi-detached villa with a large sun terrace with hammocks and a barbecue, a beautiful private pool, and sea views. Its location is simply incredible, less than 300 meters (a 4-minute walk) from the sea, restaurants, and shops. Your pet is welcome at Villa Bianca. (€50 extra cleaning fee)

Layout:
The villa is a new villa with a beautiful Mediterranean style, spread over two floors. The entire house is air-conditioned and has individual split units in each room.

On the main floor, there is a spacious and beautiful living-dining room with an open kitchen. The living room has large windows that bring plenty of light into the room and also has direct access to a large terrace facing the pool.
On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and another with a full bathroom.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and all have air conditioning.

The property's exterior features a wonderful pool with sun loungers, a terrace with a large table, and a barbecue.

Villa Bianca is a magnificent new Mediterranean-style villa with an exclusive location next to the beach and the restaurant and shopping area. Fantastic Villa in a great location. 7 adults sharing and plenty of space without feeling on top of each other. Villa was very well equipped. Outdoor space was lovely with the addition of a BBQ. Pool was a good size but feel an outdoor shower would be useful. Communication with the hosts was 10/10, very responsive and helpful.We took a tram into Benidorm which was excellent value for money and stopped at many different places on route and ran regularly. You would need a taxi to the tram station.The only thing I would say is a car would be useful for getting about. The walk into Moraira from the villa is about 15-20, we don’t mind walking so we were fine. Moraira has plenty of lovely bars and restaurants to suit everyone.The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes walk so without a car you’d need a taxi if you have lots of shopping. We all throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
