DESCRIPTION : This 175 m2 villa has three floors communicated by an internal spiral staircase. On the bottom floor there is one bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The fully equipped American kitchen including washing machine on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable. It is connected to the beautiful living room which is divided into two parts. The first part, where the TV is with nice and confortable sofas, gives access to the upper floor while the second part of the living room gives access to the terrace and swimming pool. On the first floor there are two lovely bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning - one of them has a bathroom with shower, the other a bath, both with toilet. On the upper floor there is the fourth bedroom whith a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
EXTERIOR : A 750 m2 plot with private car park for various vehicles. At the entrance of the property there is a terrace with a nice dining table made of wood and iron, which accesses to the villa. At the back of the villa there is the swimming pool surrounded by sun beds for you to enjoy the summer sunny days. On the terrace you will also find several chill out areas where you can relax and unwind while enjoying a drink.
