STYLE: Luxurious and comfortable villa built in 2007. It has an elegant and modern style, with distinguished design furniture and of good quality. The views of the Mediterranean Sea that we have from its different terraces or from the garden are simply amazing both day and night.
LAYOUT: This villa of an area of about 407 m2 has large spaces. It has two floors connected by a beautiful interior staircase. On the upper floor we have three large and comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and television, another with double bed and the last one with a double bed plus two single beds. All have terraces, wardrobes and mosquito nets. On this floor we will find two beautiful bathrooms, the first with a shower, the other one en suite with shower. On the ground floor of the villa, level of the pool, you will find the beautiful American kitchen with a nice modern style isle. It is fully equipped with good quality materials and appliances, and very comfortable thanks to its storage space and its large work bench. The kitchen is open and communicates with the dining room. The dining room has a large table for 8 people and air conditioner. Next to the dining room we will find the great and spacious living room that gives access to the exterior terrace, as well as the upper floor. A majestic iron fireplace overhangs the center and a beautiful set of sofas and armchairs create a cosy atmosphere. This very bright room has a sSmart TV and air conditioning. On the bottom floor we also have the fourth bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: Semi-enclosed plot of 1884 m2 with a parking area where you can park three cars. From the living room you can access the covered and uncovered terrace, as well as the pool area and the garden. The garden has incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the famous Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach. It is a quiet place where we find some lovely flower boxes with palm trees and different trees. The swimming pool is illuminated and is surrounded by sun loungers in front of the villa. There is an outdoor area with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Everything we need to have a fabulous time. We also have a chill out area with outdoor furniture, TV and a bar, the ideal place to relax.

In 7 minutes by car we will find the beautiful sandy beach of Moraira, as well as the fabulous coves with crystal clear waters of the area. An ideal place where all the elements are gathered, for an unforgettable vacation in one of the best areas of the Costa Blanca.
