Parking wasnt too bad we have a high car so we couldnt access the designated car park above so we had to park in free spots. The air con wouldnt cool the other end of the apartment where befroom was. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Apartments need a bit more maintenance if charging over 2k for 3 nights

The hotel beds keep moving because the rollers cannot be locked. The dining chairs are too soft and uncomfortable to sit on. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There are no aircon in the bedrooms and it’s extreme hot during summer.

Great location and friendly staff, but rooms need improvement I recently stayed here with my toddler and there were definitely some good points, but also areas that need attention. Pros: Free, secure parking was a big plus and made check-in much easier. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, kids’ playgrounds, the water park, ice-creamery and lovely waterfront spots for an evening stroll. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay, which I genuinely appreciated. Cons: The room had a noticeable damp smell, most likely coming from the carpet. Carpets, cupboards, the couch and dining chairs were all quite run-down and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom cupboard was loose, and there were hairs on the couch and carpet on arrival, which was disappointing. There was an overpowering smell of cleaning products at check-in. Our key fob malfunctioned a few times, possibly due to a low battery. The room was very far from the elevator, which made it more difficult when travelling with a toddler. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the room condition and cleanliness definitely need improvement for a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen including a stove and fridge. The balcony had a lovely sea view. The air conditioning and bathroom facilities were average but still fine. Considering the price, it was great value. The staff were friendly, and there was free, secure indoor parking. The beach and playground were just downstairs, with lots of small restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely a good choice for a relaxing trip.

Easy parking and we just parked on G/F as we felt secure and convenient. Wifi was weak (we used our data instead) and not connected to TV. Basin in the bathroom is a bit small. Comfortable beds. Felt good that our room is connected to the large common area on the small pool floor.

Our room was clean, beds were very comfy, I ean view and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We received a call 3 hours before check in to say our room was ready, very happy with that! Overall a great place to stay.
