the hotel was great. however expedia gave us a wrong address and we had to pay 30€ for an uber to take us to the hotel. very disappointed in expedia. the hotel was amazing and the service was great.

The hotel itself is all you can expect from a budget hotel, possibly a bit more. Staff are friendly, beds are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is good. Slight niggle would be it's not near the centre and the bus isn't very frequent, so car is really the only way around. This adds cost as parking is expensive! Maybe loan bikes would help?

Functional chain hotel

It's quite an anonymous, business-orientated hotel, handy for the ring road, less handy for the centre of Leiden on foot or by public transport. The breakfast buffet is good but expensive and there aren't any other options in the area. The room has everything you need, including an espresso pod machine. A shelf in the shower would have been an improvement.

It is a very basic but clean hotel. There is an on-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a very positive stay. Pillows are thin, bring your own shower gel, and the rooms are small but everything is very clean and it’s also very quiet.

Basic but very clean and tidy does exactly what it says on the tin would happily stay here again. Great location loads of parking only 30mins from Amsterdam and a short walk from Leiden centre

Nice and simple

Very friendly hotel, with lovely staff. A bit far from the centre and room cleaning service in the mornings is rather noisy, but these are small issues. The breakfast in the morning is great.

Location is next to a main car road , noise was quite big before midnight and in the early morning time , pillow is too soft , also the light is not enough in the room . Smell a little in the toilet . Hair dryer is good also coffee machine is nice in the room , nice staff
