The characteristic detached holiday homes in Buitenplaats Witte Raaf aan Zee have been built in 2016. These luxury villas of type Tapuit all have a characteristic thatched roof and are available in a 6-person (NL-2204-40) or an 8-person (NL-2204-41) version. The spaciously decorated interior and the bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor make these houses very suitable for families, for example families with a "three generation set-up". Of course, you will have all the modern-day conveniences such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, and free WiFi. There are two parking spaces reserved for you on the large lots, and the private garden/covered terrace has comfortable garden furniture. In other words: a perfect base for a lovely holiday near the North Sea Coast!

Very nice house, bed matrass too cheap quality
The house is beautiful and we liked the location. It's bike distance to the beach (we rented a bike just across the street). Garden needs a lounger chair. The bed matrasses are cheap quality and that is a really something you would not expect from a house in this price range. So our strong advice to the landlord is to replace the matrasses. Pond maintenance, with an excavator, (4 meters from our bed) was around 06:45 AM and garden maintenance around 08:30 AM. Something we will never understand. People have a holiday so why not do it after 10:00 AM? We had a very good reception and all information is very well prepared.

Mooie woning, mooie locatie.
Dat waren dan ook meteen de pluspunten. Wat minpuntjes: klepperende deuren als de ramen openstaan (die je uit je slaap klepperen), trapleuning waar je je handen aan open haalt, douche loopt af in de verkeerde richting, er was een gammele eetkamerstoel, een afgebroken lampenkapje, een beschadigde tuintafel. Maar het grootste minpunt is de in- en uitchecktijd. Om 16.00 uur inchecken, om 10.30 uur uitchecken is voor een woning van deze prijsklasse echt zwak. Want als je 3 dagen boekt ben je nog geen 2 dagen in de woning. Aan de inchecktijd viel ook niet te tornen. Voor extra geld kun je nog wel de uitchecktijd verlengen, maar wat ons betreft had het gewoon in de prijs moeten zitten. Dus de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat ons betreft niet in balans.

Sehr schönes Haus
Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden; Leider war nicht alles sauber, es gab unglaublich viele Haare auf dem Teppich und den Fußmatten, die Tische waren klebrig oder schmierig und es fanden sich tote Insekten auf einigen Fensterbänken. Der Staubsaugerbeutel war zum bestersten voll und übel riechend. Von den 8 Terrassenstühlen hatten 3 ein Loch in der Sitzfläche. Solche Möbel gehören zeitnah ausgetauscht, wenn man es als Gast schon anmerkt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses insgesamt war sehr gut, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzige, was wir den Hausbesitzern empfehlen würden, ist, Verdunkelungsvorhänge auch in der oberen Etage in den Schlafzimmern anzubringen. Untern gibt es sie im Wohn-Esszimmer und auch im Schlafzimmer, aber in der oberen Etage gibt es nur Vorhänge, die leider aber nicht verdunkeln.

waren alle sehr zufrieden....
Waren mit 8 Personen(Mannschaftsfahrt) hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben uns ganz gezielt für dieses Haus entschieden, aufgrund der super Lage und der Zimmeraufteilung. Strand ist 1,9km entfernt. Wer einen Parkplatz direkt in Strandnähe haben möchte, sollte zum Strandabschnitt Noordwijk 27 fahren. Kommunikation mit der Agentur waren super, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Kostenaufschlüsselung hingegen war sehr verwirrend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive. Das Haus war wirklich sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Haus 224. Es liegt im Außenring des Parks, an einer Ecke. Die Terrasse war zur Südseite, mit Blick über die Felder. Wirklich toll. Grillen ist erlaubt. Man muss den Grill aber selbst mitbringen. Zwei Dinge haben uns wirklich gestört. Man muss pro weiteres Fahrzeug, 5€ die Nacht bezahlen. Am zweiten Tag war vorne schon kein Parkplatz mehr für unser drittes Auto frei. Offenbar werden hier mehr Parkplätze verkauft, als vorhanden sind. Irgendwann fiel uns dann auf, dass die Schrankenkarte nur das Reinfahren kontrolliert, aber nicht das Herausfahren. Zum Anderen gab es bei uns im Haus nur 6 kleine Löffel. Für 8 Personen viel zu wenig. Im der Infomappe ist ein Strafenkatalog hinterlegt, welche Strafen man bezahlen muss, beim Verlust vom Inserat. Offenbar wurde auch das nicht kontrolliert. Schade...Dennoch gibts 5Sterne. 4 Sterne wären unverschämt.

Sauberkeit nicht wie erwartet bei dem Preis. Armeisen im Haus. Kommen durch Spalten in den Türen rein. Check-Out Vorgang undurchsichtig. Kaution wird erst nach 1,5 Wochen zurückgezahlt.
