We loved the proximity to the ocean and the town center, the parking and the tea/ coffee/ drinks available. We noticed that some staff and clients wore masks and some didn't. Nothing was said to those not wearing them. This was disappointing.

mostly very good but I will probably not revisit

This is a hotel with modern clean lines and precision overlying a small family-run B&B. In many ways it is excellent, but there are one or two problems. My main issue was that the toilet was in a separate room and there was no way to wash one's hands after using the toilet without going through two doors each of which took two hands to unlock and open. NOT HYGIENIC. The breakfast was not to my taste and I would have preferred to choose what I wanted rather than being presented with a set plateful of things I didn't want. I would have preferred more fruit and nuts to choose from rather than processed meats and cheese. I have stayed in several hotels in Noordwijk and this was my least favourite breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and furniture and linens were good though the room was very small. Hot water and plumbing were reliable.

Left With a Bad Feeling

At check in I was informed that the room I booked had no bathroom. If I wanted a bathroom that was a significant increase in price. Front desk staff was rude when I complained. Said I could take it for that price or go someplace else. Room I got was clean but small. And there were a lot of weird little things such as economy toilet paper dispensers and economy soap dispensers that gave me the impression of a two star hotel. Breakfast was ok but started pretty late if you needed to do something early. Overall, a less than enjoyable experience.

Nice small hotel

For a short stay this hotel offers everything we wanted, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, wifi is fast, the breakfast is great with plenty of choice and there is free parking. We'll stay here again.

The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast. It is a very clean place, yet had a bad smell in the bathroom, which by the way is way to small for a person to sit on the toilet properly, at least in my room. I was slightly disappointed by those two items, but the place was very clean otherwise. They have a good continental breakfast, the the lobby and dining (breakfast only) area was tasteful and well presented. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. The location was lousy, not close to anything except other peoples homes/residences. Would I stay there again? Most likely not.

Das Hotel ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Da es kein Frühstücksbuffet geben darf, war die ersatzweise vor die Tür gestellte Frühstücksbox ein toller Ersatz. Sehr schmackhaft und liebevoll zusammengestellt mit warmen Croissants, Joghurt, Orangensaft, etc. Die Parkmöglichkeit vor der Türe war ideal und im Preis enthalten.
