Great location, easy to walk everywhere, and clean room. But the room was a block away in an annex and when we requested an iron and ironing board, we had to go pick it up ourselves because they didn’t have enough staff to bring it to us.

Great location separate from the main hotel. We had a room with kitchen. Very convenient for storing our own drinks and food. Reheated some leftovers for breakfast. Nice view of canal. Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. We recommend this hotel.

The rooms were cleaned immaculately. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was above excellent. The hotel is located right in the middle of Delft with easy walking distance to the Markt. As an older building, unfortunately, it does not have air conditioning. A minor complaint that the safe in the closet is located on the floor of the wardrobe. Not the easiest places to access it if needed.
