MOLD- DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. Property manager (Dave M) rude, nut-job, (screamed at me every time something went wrong that was his doing). He was so scary that I wouldn't review this place while still staying there. I'm looking into putting in a formal complaint that's how bad this was.They turned off Direct TV before we got there - He said there was high speed internet to stream. When it wouldn't work, we waited all morning the next day for him to come "fix" it. He was late getting there, never said hi or introduced himself - started yelling at me that I didn't know how to work the TV. The next day we waited unitl 12:30 for Direct TV to come. They said he had it hooked up wrong and that was why we couldn't stream.They promised a 4 seat golf cart, when it broke down, he told me he didn't have a replacement cart. Luckily it only needed a battery, which we paid for and it took a week for him to reimburse us. The beds are 36 inches high so it's like climbing onto a dresser to get into bed - we needed to use stools to get into bed and we are 5'4" & 5'7". The bathrooms were disgusting. Very little cleaning supplies - we had to go buy. I went to vacuum and the wheel fell off the vacuum. We rented for a month - they left one garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper - we arrived on a Sunday and so we didn't have much time to shop. Don't be fooled by the cute decor! Do not rent from Blue Skies and Palm Trees.I have pictures and videos of the mold in the bathrooms.
