Terrible. Very compassionate. Not willing to go the extra mile, they are all about the money, do yourself a favor and stay at Pine Knoll. Stayed there for 40 years and never once was upset about my stay. I only picked this place because it had a pool, they do not take tap pay and won’t take cash. There don’t care about people at all. The town is wonderful, always has been.

This lodge has a charming and simple appeal. For those who long to a return of simplicity, this is the place. Also, I had a small problem with the shower, and it was handled immediately in a pleasant, quiet, smart way that speaks volumes about customer satisfaction attitude here.

It was an old property and quaintly nostalgic with the decor being from a bygone era. Our room looked exactly as the pictures on the site shows. There was some wear of course since it hasn’t been updated in years, but it was clean. We enjoyed our stay here.
This was our room and it looked exactly like the online site and just as clean.
