Highly Disappointing – Not as Advertised
Don’t be fooled by the brand name; this property does not reflect the standards associated with the name. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the rooms were cramped and nothing like the photos displayed online. To make matters worse, the bathroom had an unbearable, foul odor.
We attempted to resolve this with Expedia immediately after check-in, but because we had technically checked in, they were unwilling to assist with a cancellation. We left after only 20 minutes because the conditions were intolerable. Save your time and do not book this hotel.
