Conveniently located on the edge of town right next to the UofM-Crookston. The property is well run and staff is conscientious to make your stay enjoyable. They are prompt and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was on par with other hotels. Beds were comfortable and the building was safe and secure.

Staff is delightful! It's what brought me back. The one thing that I had a problem with was the saggy mattress. I woke each morning with a very sore back. It's time to get new ones. I'll be back again. You folks are fabulous!

Downgrade since change in ownership

The MINIMUM amount of service was offered. The breakfast was warm at best. The bed pillows would barely pass as sufficient on a couch.
