this is a new hotel, run by a lovely team. The snorkelling excursions are worth it in my opinion, and are run by the lovely Serena who is ag great expert in local marine wildlife. The wifi at the property runs at a good speed. There were some teething issues with access in my room the week I was there but it worked well everywhere else, so I'm sure that will be resolved by the time anyone reading this arrives. The hotel were helpful in organising my speedboat to the airport, and scuba diving with a local centre. One request for the future as this lovely new business develops would be for them to find space for a small gym! A great place to visit the Maldives. It was my first time and I didn't wish I'd been anywhere else.

Ecoboo is heaven on Earth. A truly special sustainable place with incredibly attentive staff, fresh food, and attention to detail. Crystal clear waters & white sand, abundance of wildlife on your doorstep- a sea turtle swam past me and the incredible amount and variety of fish is great for snorkelling. Ecoboo also offered us experiences to discover nearby islands, reefs, sandbanks and shipwrecks making our stay even more special and unforgettable.

The Ecoboo experience was a very special one. The service is amazing and very hands on. The rooms are great and very special when it comes to the interior and the size ☺️ Ecoboo is really trying to make an impact on minimizing pollution.

Unser Urlaub im Ecoboo war absolut einzigartig und unglaublich beeindruckend !! Wir hatten für 7 Nächte das Experience Pack gebucht und so wurde für uns persönlich jeden Tag eine aussergewöhnliche Erlebnis-Tour organisiert. Mit den eigenen Booten und fester Crew konnten wir so neben einer einsamen Insel sowie einer traumhaft schönen Sandbank auch besondere Schnorchelplätze an schönen Riffs oder auch an einem Schiffswrack besuchen. Besonders beeindruckend war das Schwimmen mit Ammenhaien sowie der Beobachtung einer großen Gruppe von Pilotwalen. Das nachhaltige Eco-Konzept der neu mit Bambus gebauten Anlage überzeugte uns wirklich. Die Zimmer sind, wie die gesamte Anlage mit natürlichen Materialien gebaut, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Von der Küche waren wir ebenfalls begeistert. Die Mahlzeiten (meistens ein 4 Gänge Menü) wurden stets sehr dekorativ präsentiert und waren geschmacklich großartig. In besonderer Erinnerung wird uns aber immer die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams bleiben, welche wir so bisher nur sehr selten erleben konnten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Hugo, Roy, Subun, Krishani, Sona und Serena sowie all die anderen die uns einen fantastisch schönen Urlaub mit vielen unvergesslichen Erlebnissen ermöglicht haben. Für uns war es der erste Urlaub auf den Malediven, aber bestimmt nicht der letzte. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück und freuen uns, das Ecoboo wieder einmal besuchen zu können.
