Fine.

Modern simple room, no tea or coffee in the room. There was a hair next to the sink and a tiny bit of dirt in the shower but overall it was clean and fine. Housekeeping knocked the door twice, waking us up the first time, so use the do not disturb sign if you want a lay in. I realised upon arrival it would have been cheaper to book directly.

Everything was good until the last day when the A/C stopped working. They did not let guests know. When I asked if it was a problem with my room, they said the whole building isnt working. Very poor customer service. I would have asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. It is 27 degrees and very humid. Unacceptable.

The staff are wonder, they do all they can to make you comfortable. The hotel is in a great position for travel. Good parking. Vending machine broke down and there were no other facilities to have a tea or coffee. Plus the tea only came with sugar

Nice and clean, staff were helpful and cheerful. Very handy for the station and the centre of Thionville. Room was quite small but perfectly adequate for the four days we were there.

Convenient, clean hotel in Thionville

Clean, comfortable and convenient from the motorway. Parking in the station opposite was free. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful.
